Peri Peri Creative offers you the option to have us do your website maintenance and updates on a monthly basis.

All amounts listed here are design and development costs ONLY. Printing costs will be determined once the client has choses specific printing options and quotes from printers have been received.

Designs sent will be flat, scalable formats of any usable type (.jpeg, .png, .svg, .pdf, etc.) you desire, but DOES NOT include the open files (design files). These can be bought at an additional cost and cannot include font licensing.

Printing costs are charged separate from the design costs. Printing costs are subject to change as it depends on the service provider. Certain item prices, like banners, clothing, corporate gifts, etc. are only available upon request.

All printing costs must be paid in full before any printing can commence. These are the terms of all the printing entities.  Peri Peri Creative can only give a reliable timeframe for print work completion once payment has been received, designs approved and the request for print has been given to us in writing.

If you provide your own designs, please take not of the following design requirements:

PRINT READY SETUP SPECS:

1. Your artwork is C.M.Y.K (no RGB spot colours accepted).
2. Your artwork has 3mm bleed.
3. Your artwork has 4mm space between cutline and text.
4. Your artworks fonts have been embedded or converted to curves (outlines).
5. Your artwork does not contain overprint.
6. Your artwork complies with the artwork specifications guideline

*any print request not in the table below will be quoted per request. We can print in other quantities and other items, this is the basic and most often requested print prices.

Delivery fee depends on destination address.

Note: Lead time on all products is approx. 3-5 working days from date of printing being loaded onto the system (after designs have been approved and printing payment has been received).

Hanging, Pull-Up & Sharkfin Banners needs to be quoted per print required. Same with Billboards, Street Pole Ads, Posters and Company Profiles.

What is Social Media Marketing?

Social media marketing is the process of gaining website traffic or attention through social media sites.

Social media marketing programs usually centre on efforts to create content that attracts attention and encourages readers to share it across their social networks. The resulting electronic word of mouth (eWoM) refers to any statement consumers share via the Internet (e.g., web sites, social networks, instant messages, news feeds) about an event, product, service, brand or company. When the underlying message spreads from user to user and presumably resonates because it appears to come from a trusted, third-party source, as opposed to the brand or company itself, this form of marketing results in earned media rather than paid media.

Social networking websites allow individuals to interact with one another and build relationships. When companies join these social channels, consumers can interact with them directly. That interaction can be more personal to users than traditional methods of outbound marketing & advertising.

Here is where you target the digital-age market the best. The focus and purpose of social platforms is the sharing of information and the creation of awareness around topics/brands.

Social strategies need to be very visually stimulating. We use these to direct traffic to your website where they can read more up on a topic on a blog/article created or shared on the site or learn more about how the brand can address their needs.

Other than the campaigns, the page itself needs to be engaging. Not just to loyal customers, but potential new ones as well. What does the page offer that is interesting and fun to look at/read that will attract a following that not necessarily has patient/member yet but could possibly become one in the future.

A busy page also lets your social pages rank higher in searches.

Paid digital campaigns is an easy and cheap way to reach a big, yet very targeted market.

Our suggestions would be for both Search Engine campaigns (Google AdWords) as well as Social Platform Campaigns. We like to say Google AdWords are for people who know what  they are looking for as they typed something into the search bar for your advert to come up. Where Social Platform campaigns are for people who are not yet sure they need your service until they happen to see it on their social feed and realise that this is something they need.

These types of campaigns are what we call Pay Per Click Campaigns. You supply a daily budget to the platform and your ad will run as long as the budget hasn’t been depleted. You pay per person that clicks on your ad to follow a link to your website or to complete an online lead form.

These are typically the “Sponsored” posts you see of people or pages that you don’t necessarily like or follow. They appear in your newsfeeds, your searches, articles you click to read or in the side bars of the pages you are on. Your profile fell in the demographics they added to their campaign and there for Facebook/Google pushes their content through to you.

Your images need to be striking and clear as there are only 20% text allowed on the image itself. It can be 1 static image, a slideshow of 3+ images or even a video.

What is SEO?

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of affecting the visibility of a website or a web page in a search engine’s “natural” or un-paid (“organic”) search results. In general, the earlier (or higher ranked on the search results page), and more frequently a site appears in the search results list, the more visitors it will receive from the search engine’s users. SEO may target different kinds of search, including image search, local search, video search, academic search, news search and industry-specific vertical search engines.

As an Internet marketing strategy, SEO considers how search engines work, what people search for, the actual search terms or keywords typed into search engines and which search engines are preferred by their targeted audience. Optimizing a website may involve editing its content, HTML and associated coding to both increase its relevance to specific keywords and to remove barriers to the indexing activities of search engines. Promoting a site to increase the number of backlinks, or inbound links, is another SEO tactic.

You will receive full commercial rights to use, display and distribute the video and accompanying sound for any purpose that you see fit. You will own the video 100%.

The above pricing is for using your existing Photos or Video Clips. This does not include any Photo, Video or Drone Shoots.

To keep it simple, fast and affordable, editing options are slightly limited.

Peri Peri Creative does not shoot professional videos. We do however partner with other agencies who can assist with this.

We can, however, assist with video editing if we receive raw video material and photos.

We can also assist with basic, simple Social Media video shoots for items like reels, short testimonials, short interviews, etc.

Clients can request to negotiate a set fee for a set amount of hours a month for graphic design or website uploads and changes. The fee will depend on the amount of work it will be per month that will determine the hours. Any design or changes can then be requested throughout the month, as long as it stays within the set timeframe and specifics & scope of the agreement, without additional quotes and invoices.

You will be notified in writing if something you request falls outside of the agreement scope and timeframe and will be additionally quoted and charged.

Printing services cannot be included in these arrangements.

This service is only available if you sign a debit order with us for the monthly fee.

Any client that is on a Retainer with Peri Peri Creative will be subject to a monthly Consultation & Strategy fee. This covers strategies, consultations and ad hoc requests from the client. This can include but is not limited to:
